If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you can

request a full refund or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24

hours' notice may not be refundable.

If you feel that a session did not meet your expectations, please contact us

within 48 hours of the session. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue,

which may include a partial refund or a free follow-up session, at our

discretion.

Results from guidance and advice may vary. Refunds are not given

based on outcomes, as success depends on individual action and

reflection.
